How does the Shave Club service work?

Can I cancel at any time?

Not that you would want to but yes, you can. Simply log in to your account and hit “Cancel Subscription”.

Does a free handle come with my first order?

It does indeed!

How many razor heads will I get per shipment?

You will receive 4 razor heads with each package, regardless of whether you are on the monthly or bi-monthly option.

How do I login to my account?

Once you have registered use the email and password that you created to log in. If you have lost or misplaced the details, simply follow the necessary reset options.

How quickly will I get my first order?

We ship orders within 24 hours during the working week and delivery is usually within 3 working days.

Is payment taken out automatically?

Yes! We use PayPal – so just sit back, relax and let us take care of it for you!

Can I pause my account if I am receiving too many blades?

Certainly! This is a popular option, to “Pause” Your account if you have an overstock of blades, or if you choose to grow a beard! Simply select the Subscriptions section from My Account and hit the ‘Cancel’ button.

You can hit the ‘Resubscribe’ button when you are running low or want to start receiving blades again.

How do you get an additional handle?

In our ‘products’ section there is an option to purchase additional handles.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Of course! Simply select the Subscriptions section from My Account and you will see the available options.

How do I change my details (i.e. address of shipments)?

We understand that personal details change from time to time, so to update your account, simply log in and you will see the available options in the “My details” section.

You can also email us with your change of details too.

How does “Add to next shipment” work?

You can choose to save money by having an additional product sent on your next shipment day. This means your package will arrive in your normal time-frame, but simply include the added items.

What payment options are available?

We currently use PayPal as our payment gateway for all subscriptions. We’ll be adding payment by Direct Debit very soon!

How do the additional products arrive?

Any additional products purchased will be included in your next existing shipment.

Non-receipt of items or damaged goods.
